Training plans are posted with videos to follow.  If the video is not linked to the training plan within 1-2 weeks after the posting date then it is possible we did not film this training session.

Training Session:  Cross Wrist Ride / Live Wrestling

Warm-up during this session will be short it is more of an O.Y.O. wrestling session.  Continue with cross wrist riding and turns for the first half of training before cutting them for live wrestling.

Warm-Up 15 minutes
  • Let team run warm-up
 
Technique 30 Minutes

Cross Wrist:

  • Popping the elbow and position of the ride

Coach kolat Ive coached middle school wrestling many years now I'm always trying to improve year to year ,I've have found out how important learning wrist control is ,our season is short 7weeks long ,starts in late oct ,I watch a lot of your you tube material and have gotten better coaching ,if you have any ideas or DVDs on wrist control ,inside bar or arm bar ,please let me know Thanks Coach Parker ,Dallas nc
