- Footwork: Shadow, speed ladder, line drill
- Partner Stretching
Technique / Spar Drilling 40 Minutes
Feet Defense:
- Clearing underhook’s to score
- Clearing Seatbelt to score
- Defending deep high crotch (avoid being over the top)
Feet Offense:
- Spar with shots attacked to turn
New Technique
- Arm throw from clearing collar with wrist control
