- Single Leg running the pipe to foot sweep

- Heist and Double to avoid scramble

- Low Single in Hole get Weight to Shoulder
- Low Single Shoulder position example
- Low Single Opponent Captures Ankle

- Situational wrestling through all areas covering in the hole (:15 & :20 sec go's)
Conditioning 10-15 Minutes

- Explode partner of back 30x
- Scuba gear stand-up 15x
- 15 Hip Heist
- 15 Stand-Ups
