- Slap Back
Approx. Technique/Drilling Time: 40 min
Technique/Drilling Design: Scoring from our opponents front headlock to turn bars.
- Arm bar (various finishes)
- Arm on back bar setting with knee (various finishes)
Approx. Conditioning Time: 15 min
- Hand fighting for specific ties mixed with a sprint
Total Practice Time Approx. 60 Minutes
