- Shuffle inside
- Shuffle outside
- Jog backwards
- Penetration step
- Fundamental takedowns drill
- Live Wrestling 18 minutes

Conditioning 5 minutes:
- Hand fighting
Warm-down: 5 minutes
- Shadow wrestling
