- Tumbling with focus on the big explosions (Handspring, Back Flip, etc)
Technique 20 Minutes
Clearing hands from the bottom
- On knees clear 2 on 1 work up
- On stomach clear 2 on 1 work up
- Clear from tilt back to base work up
- Clear 1 on1 when opponent is trying to get arm on back work up
