L1-8   Level 1 Now Begins To Enter Into Bottom Wrestling

 We have completed adding Level 1 Top and we are now adding the finishing touches with the introduction of Level 1 Bottom.  Once Level 1 Bottom is complete we will begin working into Level 2 and will keep you posted.

This release of clips begins to get into Level 1 first move techniques off the bottom. 

  

L1-2 Level 1,2, and 3 Added to Teaching Curriculum

This will allow coaches to begin planning season training sessions for team members.

Live clinics will primarily move into covering the teaching curriculum so if you have questions make sure to tune in.
