L1-8   Level 1 Now Begins To Enter Into Bottom Wrestling

 We are coming to the end of Level 1 Bottom as we move into adding drills to the teaching agenda.  Drills can be taught to any level wrestler to help give them motion work in areas before actually performing higher level techniques.

 

New Additions:  Hip Heist Drills,  Stand-Up Drills    
  

L1-2 Curriculum Now Updated to Include All Current Clips

The teaching curriculum has been updated to make is easy for coaches, wrestlers, and parents to follow along working through level 1.  Each section will contain a link directly to the library.
