 FREE Live Clinic This Weekend October 8th, 2011
Cary will be doing a clinic this weekend at his former club in Maryland to help wrestlers prepare for the Super 32 Tournament scheduled for the end of October.

 Cary Places 20 More Clips Into Level 1 Teaching Curriculum
The first set of clips have been placed within the KOLAT.COM Library. Cary is shooting clips specifically geared toward coaches when using the curriculum to teach athletes. The goal is to continue to release the teaching curriculum at a high pace to allow coaches the ability to use all three levels prior to the season heating up.
Important: All clips with Cary in the UNC Wrestling Room (blue) are new clips referencing the curriculum along with older clips we have pulled from the library until new clips have been added. You will see older clips be removed over time.

 Level 2 Top Added to Teaching Curriculum
Level 2 top has now been updated into the blog on KOLAT.COM. This will allow coaches to begin planning top training sessions for team members.
Keep in mind that the live clinics will primarily move into covering the teaching curriculum so if you have questions make sure to tune in.

 Level 1 Live Clinic Archive: Stance & Set-Ups
We have begun to archive Live Clinics inside KOLAT.COM for those who miss the clinics or due to time change are unable to tune in. Most live clinics will be geared toward helping coaches teach the levels but as usual Cary will take questions covering all areas of wrestling.
