Kolat Wrestling Comes To Cumberland Valley

Cary Kolat, 2000 Olympian, World Silver Medalist, 2x NCAA Champ and 4x PIAA State Champ will be conducting training sessions at the Cumberland Valley School District during the upcoming 2009-10 season.

The Cumberland Valley location will be specifically designed for elementary and middle school wrestlers. Kolat will run all practices with the help of additional staff every Tuesday.  Practices will focus on the fundamentals and advance as the season progresses.

The Kolat Wrestling Club limits the amount of wrestlers in each practice to make it more manageable for athletes and coaches.  The Cumberland Valley Club will be limited to 32 wrestlers from October 1 – March 31 of the 09-10 wrestling season.
