I'm looking for an in-depth analysis on HEAD POSITION and would like Cary's take on it, both for offense and defense.
(I learned head position basics at a camp in high school and whenever I coach I focus a lot on it and the athletes say that understanding head position helped them the most out of anything else.)
Maybe do some segments on what the ideal head position is for each tie, where your head should be on the outside and on the inside... that would be great.
This site is EXACTLY what I've been looking for and is helping me so much, even from a motivation stand point with training AND coaching.
Thanks!
Jim
