 Cary Places First of Many Clips to Come Covering the Curriculum
The fist set of clips have been placed within the KOLAT.COM Library. Cary is shooting clips specifically geared toward coaches when using the curriculum to teach athletes. The goal is to continue to release the teaching curriculum at a high pace to allow coaches the ability to use all three levels prior to the season heating up.
Important: All clips with Cary in the UNC Wrestling Room (blue) are new clips referencing the curriculum along with older clips we have pulled from the library until new clips have been added. You will see older clips be removed over time.

 FREE Live Clinic Covering Double & Single Leg from Level 1
Coaches can follow along and ask questions during the clinic. Cary will give insight into the proper way to approach teaching these areas along with issues you will face when teaching young or new wrestlers.
