- Basic shot flurry drill
- Should be done in 10-30 sec. gos
- Basic change off drill
- Basic change off drill to finish

Great collection of drills
Great collection of drills you've got here. Tests combining body measurements, physical tests and position-specific drills are great to determine a player's size, speed, quickness and strength and it allows the players to demonstrate their ability in fundamental skill areas necessary for their position. Well done. Best, K. Jones - Peak Potential
