I've been wrestling recently and I've found that I have a decent take-down ability, but if I'm not able to pin my opponent immediately, they will go belly down and I can't seem to work my moves well
and flip him over. I end up just letting the opponent up. Any advice?

he is right when you hit a certain level of wrestling the top game gets tough. not that you cant get on top of a guy and turn him but when it comes to better competition most of your turns will come from the takedown. start drilling takedown directly to the turn that presents itself from that shot. example: double leg to turk, single leg run the pipe finish to navy, etc.

well, Tom Brands didn't really have a ground game, he just cut them and took 'em down again. this may sound obvious, but you're not going to turn good guys, but if you know you can take them down you can easily win by only takedowns.
